Manchester City have re-signed SWP from Chelsea for an undisclosed fee. What happens when the Chairman can't pay as he's had his assets frozen by the Thai Government.
Next, any chance of BWP going back?

Hmmm.
I think Keegan once said BWP was one of the best finishers he'd ever seen at that age, so maybe the barcodes with fork out £12m for him.

I'm sure they are, but without his money, exactly how much cash have they got? Very little I presume and I would expect them to have problems meeting their stage payments as time goes on.

Think it's a good move for him. He will play regular first team football which he wouldn't get at Chelski. If he reproduces his form he had at Citeeh first time round, it will be good news for England IMO.
