BlackBerry issue

Hello,

Got a user who's BlackBerry seems to auto delete all messages apart from those for that day, also clears the phone logs.....

New one on me, guessing its a setting but can see where or what it could be!

Any help appreciated.

In calender press the menu button, go to options and then down to keep appointments - select forever.
In the 'all messages/emails area' menu button, down to options, general options, - keep messages select forever.

If that doesn't make any sense i'll try explain it better!

They are set to last forever, sorry its an 8120

Looks like a go-er mate!

Altho it does have a 1GB SD card, may not be in right or something similar!
