Anyone watch this the other night?
I've seen this a couple of times and think its awesome film. Surprising how good they can make a film with pretty much 1 scene and no special effects.

A) Wrong forum
B) Plenty of excellent films have been made with no special effects. Special effects are a tool at best, at worst they are a gimmick to hide the lack of substance in a narrative etc.

Good film.
Surprising that it's as good as it is, considering it's all one scene.
A bad example of a "one scene" film is "Open Water"

All the more surprising when you consider it was made by the same person responsible for inflicting the disasters, batman and robin and the number 23 on the world ;)

Brilliant film and one of Farrells best performances IMO, if not his best.

When I first heard of this film I wondered if it was a remake of the spanish film "La Cabina" although it wasn't I liked Phone Booth and although almost as short as "La Cabina" wasn't nowhere near as disturbing as that was.

You might have written this before in Bruges came out, I thought Farrell was on top form in this. His extremely un PC remark to Ken on the balance between culture and fun which involved a seesaw, a dwarf and a coloured girl had me crying with laughter at the flicks because it was so wrong, irreverent and random.
But this one had me laughing too; "What exactly am I trying to say? You's a bunch of f*ckin' elephants."
