Anyone know a reputable local (SO) garage to fix a mechanical problem with a convertible mechanism please?

I had to drive home with it half way up the other day, much to the amusement of pedestrians, other drivers and a bunch of ****-heads outside a pub whilst I had top stop at the red light in front of them.

It is definitey a mechanical fault, which i have narrowed daown to either one of the motors or the little gearbox thing which drives the cogs. I am pretty sure that the motor spins, so suspect that either some of the teeth have shorn or a securing pin is broke inside it. It is pretty inaccesible for a DIYer like me I fear.

Hope that makes sense?

Note, I would like to fix before the lovely summer weather that we are enjoying ends (Glabal warming my arse).

Just been on a SAAB forum and found these posts, some are for the later 9-3 but i believe the roof mechanism is roughly the same.

It's probably worth joining the forum as they point out that the microswitches are £150 from SAAB or possibly £15 from Maplins!
