just arrived. I was hoping to make a Heart game my first since our colours matched but it looks like it'll have to be the Victory this coming Saturday against Perth. Anyone going?

I'm a big Victory fan. Didn't read this before the Perth game but I'll be at the Newcastle game on Monday night if you're in town for the cricket.

If you want to catch up for a beer before the game or even at the game send us a PM.

Naturally as a Melbourne Victory supporter I wouldn't be allowed to wear my Southampton shirt to our matches like our Brisbane friends!

I unlike Melbourne Saint jumped of the Victory for the Heart, so we could catch up for a game if your here when they play again at the Hearts home ground.

went down to my first heart game today. saw two saints supporters from a distance. one with our home shirt and saints scarf and one with an old friends provident shirt. anyone on here?

The saints are on foxtel Sunday morning v the Posh at 4-15 and there`s a few saints fans meeting at the charles dickens in Collins street to enjoy our march up the table.

Saints vs Leeds is on Fox Sports 2am tomorrow morning. Probably too late to organise a meeting at the Dickens but now that we've got a few more TV games should work something out.

BTW, Victory have extended the deadline for Kewell by 3 days. He could join Heart but I don't think he'd want to play in front of 26 people

Should be around 15-20 or so Saints supporters for it. The Melbourne Leeds group is also planning to watch it at Charles Dickens so it should be quite an event.

Hi all
I think the saints are live on foxtel on the night of the 22nd against Reading.
For anyone interested in meeting other saints that night,go to the facebook link.
That`s the same night as the Heart v Victory at Docklands.

I'd be up for that. It would be great to meet up with some other Saints fans.

Any pre-match meeting may need to be at a neutral pub though. I was at the Corner Hotel in Richmond last year before one of the derbies and would not have wanted to be one of the handful of Heart fans there that night. On second thoughts, those handful of fans probably make up 50% of the Melbourne Heart supporter base. ;)

Any chance future events could be posted on here as well rather than just the Facebook link. I'm on a self-imposed Facebook ban and I'm sure there are others who do not use it.

The latest on facebook is a meeting to watch the delayed telecast of the game on foxtel at 5.30am.
Then go for breakfast after.

UPDATE UPDATE. Saints v Blackpool this Saturday night is live on Fox Sports. We(Melbourne Saints) will be watching it at http://thesherlockholmes.com.au/ Hope to see all of you there! They have a function until 11 or so they say, so don't try and head there until then. COYR's!!
