Why not just assume that it's a shirt and tie affair, then you can't really go wrong.

No. I might be wrong but I am certain that it would be a breach of law to lay down a dress code to shareholders of a public company when they attend its AGM. Just turn up in what ever you want. Be quiet amusing to put a skate shirt on and see if any of the suits at the front even notice. ;)

Plus fours, tweed jacket and polished brogues. If you are staying for the after meeting drinks, you might want to bring your smoking jacket.

Me and some other shareholders, were going to dress up like THE TRACYS (IR) from Thunderbirds, so we could mingle with the rest of LOWE'S PUPPETS!!! ;)
