The three ex members of Buck Cherry that played on the first 2 albums have formed a new band with a new singer called Black Robot:

Im liking this at the moment. Excellent "classic rock" sound, think Zep, AC/DC, Black Crowes and a hint of punk attitude...

The vocals ruin it IMHO.

The vocals ruin it IMHO.

I like the vocals, hints of Bon Scott, a bit weak in the top end of the register perhaps, but listenable all the same to these ears.

Yeah, I'm liking these at the moment.

While you're here Pancake, As you know (you probably have tickets) The Wildhearts are playing that "Earth Vs" gig in September. You don't happen to know the content of the short tour they're playing after that gig do you? I've got tickets for the December gig in Oxford and I'm wondering if they're extending the "Earth Vs" special or whether it's a standard type tour to promote "Stop Us...", etc.

Standard tour in support of "SUIYHTOB"

I havent got tickets for the Earth vs Gig as Im away that day... :( Thinking about the London December date instead...
