Did anyone see the programme on BBC last night about pedigree dogs and the dreadful suffering some of them are subjected to in the name of Crufts?

I'm not a dog owner (although we've had a couple of mutts in the past) but I found the whole in-breeding and the putting down of puppies because they don't meet certain criteria immensely upsetting.
