I reckon we will sell a few, we sold 2,800 last year for an evening game. It was a crackin atmosphere and a good game last year which we shouldn't of lost, where have i heard that before.

We should pretty easily take the 2,800. Seen as last season was midweek and this time round it's a Saturday.

not sure if there is a bar near the ground, plenty around railway station and city centre, but be aware, temple meads is a bloody long walk to the ground

Just got mine online. It wasn't showing in ticket details but I went to Online Sales and they had them there. £25 for adults.

some latvian saint need help!!!
I would be in Newquay for couple week. whether it is possible travel to bristol or southampton ( preston game) from Newquay
how easy to get tickets for bristol game

Andy_Porter

Should be easy enough to get tickets for the Bristol game, I don't think any of our away games have sold out this season. Just ring up on the 9th when they go on general sale and buy one asap and you will definatly get one.

Route planner says Newquay to Bristol is roughly 160 miles.

£25. Wasn't it something like £14 last season!!! £25 is stupid, the away end is basically a shed and the view is crap. I live in Bristol so wont cost me much to get there, but I dunno if I wanna pay that! Bet i do though.

Andy_Porter

I guess last year was cheaper because it was a midweek game.

marc_saint

i think it was during half term week last year so tickets were cheaper with kids for a fiver or something like that

Why don't you bus in mate it is only £1, buses run from Temple Meads from 2pm straight to the ground, just nead to find a good pre match pub.

none of the pubs near the ground let away fans in. Proof of being home fan is required.

i live in Bristol and been to ashton gate a few times and it seems this year they have stopped the bus for £1 from station to stadium. Asked police and bus drivers at station and both have said no bus to stadium.
its about 40mins brisk walk from temple meads or taxi is £10.

ah thats a bonus about bus being on. Thinking about it might be because last game i went to at ashton gate was 5:15 kick off so maybe that why they wernt running.

There is 7 of us heading down from Fishponds so shall head that way if thats where others are going to be

You can catch the number 500 from outside the Reckless Engineer Pub to Hotwells waterfront area, there are at least 3 or 4 buses per hour,or from 2pm the footie special to the ground same pick up.

were getting a cab for the train station to the Nova Scotia pub. The ground us only a 10/15 minute walk from there.

We were advised to only use this pub and maybe the pumphouse.

Anyone know how many fans we're taking up there? Sold out last year and that was a midweek game so seems abit strange that not too many seem to be taken this time round. Especially as we seem to play much better away.
