We could do worse than going in for Danny Drinkwater in the summer. At least his first thought is to get his head up and look for Vardy making a run. We haven't had a midfielder who can spot a good run from the forwards since we've been back in the Prem.

If only they had listened when everyone ( well everyone on here ) was telling them to dump FP and start again elsewhere. But no, they had to cling on to that last remaining beacon of the good times as it was 'The Fortress' that was going to get them back up to the Prem.

I see our fans aren't taking it too seriously either. One block sent back to Norwich and only 1400 or so sold so far. I'll still be there although not sure why.

Apart from the obvious lack of tactical awareness and ridiculous possession football we play, I think that over the last few years our selling and replacing players has resulted in a gradual reduction in the average level of players we have. I now get worried if Davis isn't in the team.

Coming down for my first home game this season, used to get into the Royal Oak to opening time, sit down with 4 or 5 pints and watch the early game on TV. I believe it's now closed? Any suggestions on a decent place to watch the early game and enjoy a few pints of ale? Ta
