    Ticket Office

After 18 months have they completely forgotten how to function? Everton ticket arrived late, season ticket arrived late, I now am waiting to leave for Newport but can't until the postie has been. Or alternatively we have to go up to the ground early AGAIN for a reprinted ticket. No sign of any Newcastle tickets for Saturday either, it's becoming farcical.
  2. Very odd post. People like going to away pre season matches, as JRM mentioned, a day out with mates in the sunshine in a completely different town as opposed to the same 5 or 6 cities we repeatedly visit in the PL. Or better still a foreign mooch to the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland or Austria, some even went to China in 2018 and Macau in 2019! We've had some great trips over the years! Suppose if you don't go regularly, you just don't get it. For anyone starved of a day out, Salisbury v Saints B tickets are now on sale; https://salisburyfc.seetickets.com/event/salisbury-fc-v-southampton-fc-b/raymond-mcenhill-stadium/2007500
  3. Rumour has it the date of Fulham game may change as they are planning on allowing 10,000 in. Good news! Glad I kept my Season Ticket now. https://www.google.com/amp/s/talksport.com/football/848847/premier-league-season-fans-return/amp/
  4. If we make the cup final (unlikely I know) and fans are allowed in as a test event for the Euros, do you think the club would prioritise those that haven't opted for refunds? Would make sense, as essentially these people still have ST's for the 20/21 season.
  5. I've literally no idea what the club have refunded me, what with it coming in dribs and drabs. Think I'll wait until May, add them up all up and if it doesn't total 19 minus how many games I've done (none currently) I'll phone up.
  6. Very sad news, Sibs was a top lad and a proper Sotonian. Not enough characters like him about. RIP.
  7. Surprised by that, from a TV viewer aesthetics perspective it would be better to use the Itchen. Though from a logistics point of view of getting people in and out, there are more entrances in the Kingsland. Aswell as a far bigger concourse.
  8. It doesn't make them less of a supporter, but it does make them less worthy of a ticket. There's a couple of chaps that haven't missed a competitive fixture home or away (that allows crowds) since the mid 70's, are you saying they are on par with someone who has had a season ticket for 2 years and that they should miss out for these people? The priority system they have introduced is 100% fair given the circumstances which rewards both loyalty and normal ST holders. I myself fall into the ST ballot.
  9. Would be interesting to see if this is true, anyone able to raise it with the fans voice panel lot.
  10. I know the chairman of a National League North side and the figure that is being rumoured to be used initially is 10% of the stadium capacity.
  11. No idea, but No idea, a logistical nightmare for the clubs though. I would assume they will let people apply for tickets in a group of who you want to sit with, much like away games with a maximum of 4 or 6 people for example. Most countries seem to be doing a maximum of 100 or 500 per stand, so I wouldn't bank on you being allocated your usual seats, but with the various different pricing bands for ST's it will truly be a nightmare to arrange fairly. The ticket office don't get the most basic of tasks right, so this should certainly be an eye opener!
  12. In reality I can see them doing a ballot / lottery style approach for allocating tickets between ST Holders, that's what seems to be happening all over the continent in countries that are working to reduced capacities. I'd imagine all ST holders will be allowed to attend a handful of the games and will probably get the rest of the fixtures refunded or issued with credit notes. I can't see away fans being permitted at all either, which is a shame!
  13. Forest have played Derby every year for 10+ years, I’d be shocked if we weren’t on TV.
  14. As have 10 of us. Though going by the Man City Away move today, let’s face it they really don’t give a **** about us.
  15. Completely right. Saints have made a right pigs ear of this sale, by thinking we are a bigger club than we are! Ticket office manager needs stringing up.
