That's a fair argument, but with the rise of the club stature in the last several years and the constantly improving reputation of the Youth Academy, we should be able to step up our recruitment effort. I think it's safe to assume that the current generation in the U18's is affected (at least partially) by the unfavorable situation in which the club was several years ago. Just another way to look at it...

You realize Koeman is building up on an excellent foundation set up by that same guy, right? Do we now blame the whole thing from the summer on one person - MoPo?
