What has Catlin done to deserve this award I wonder: * failed to get Pomey promoted in three attempts despite being "large club" * blown Tesco cash on journeymen * blown £950k transfer cash (Wallace and the defender sold to Ipswich) on journeymen * spent almost nothing on improving infrastructure (except a gravel car park and championship standard flood lights) * failed to resolve the Trust ownership stalemate that prevents any new injection of outside funding * defended the footballing status quo against innovation Give the man the gong.
