Brendan McGlinchey and Lindsey Hyde
Just reading the club's entry on Wikipedia and these people are listed as directors.
If this is this true, I've never heard of them.
It's also got David Jones as still on the board, but I think he went to Argyle.
Probably just Wikipedia doing what it does best, but it's got me intrigued.
Brendan was the stadium safety officer/manager a few years back, nice enough fellow and helpful when we did the GITR appeal. I did read about a year ago he had been appointedonto the executive committee. Never heard of lyndsey.
David Jones has left for sure.

obvious question... what does "particulars changed" mean? a noticable change following the passing of Mr Liebherr?
Usually it means a change of address
A while back companies house required country to be specified on top of the address if it wasn't already.
McGlinchey is operations director I think, heavily involved with IT infrastructure and the Staplewood fit out.
Directors used to be obliged to give their personal address to Companies House, now they can use a business address so a lot of changed particulars would've occured in the recent past I expect!
So bad, he was sacked twice.

Although i think Lindsey Hyde has now left, not sure what dept she came under?
lyndsay was HR.

Non-exec boards is a slightly different thing of course, and they can perform a positive guiding role, or a negative interfering role. There must be that layer somewhere at SFC for the Leibherr family or the people running ML's interests now to have their input.
If the club is being run by an exec board chaired by Cortese as described then that sounds good to me.
