    Default Boa Morte to return?

I see the Mirror are saying that Boa Morte could return to Saints after being released by West Ham. Personally I can't see us paying the kind of wages he'd be used to.

I'd rather Roberts to be honest.

It's a well researched piece; we're interested in Boa Morte or Andy Roberts from Huddersfield.

It takes 10 seconds to google it and find out his name is really Gary, lads.

The Mirror has as much credibility as that football rumours website.

No better than what we already have, more to the point why sign a player who is 33.

When the West Ham wages were leaked a couple of years back, I seem to recall he was rumoured to be earning 75k a week-that'd be a pretty hefty pay cut! But as others have said, they call Gary Roberts, Andy so I think this story is a non starter. Someone did mention LBM on here the other day (I think on the ITK thread)-could they use this as a source?? If so, and you're reading this, kindly f**k off as we don't want your kind here.

One of the very worst strikers in the PL in my opinion. Frankly we need him like we need a extra aperture in the cranium.

I can't think of a player less suited to the hustle and bustle of the Championship.

Was a disaster last time. Would be again.

Last time he was with us, yes. The last time he was in this division, 18 goals in 39

Another left sided player we dont really need. As if he'd sit on the bench happily. Cost a bucket and probably past his best.

If we look at what appears to be Saints recruitment policy it is about young players with potential for the longer perspective. £750K for a 33 year old is a completely different policy. Even if he came for free with modest demands on wages it seems a highly unlikely scenario. Ammar Jemal, though, he fits the policy and looks very likely.
