Thread: Millwall Away

  1. Smile Millwall Away

Whose grabbing a few beers + wine in the London Bridge Area and then heading in to the game ? is there a Special Train laid on for the Away Supporters ?

We are taking a sizeable following. Are all the Additional Tickets sold ?

Any news on Barney from any-one ? One of the girls told me he scored a hat-trick in the U21 today....

Hole in the Wall at Waterloo, then Barrowboy and Banker London Bridge, why on earth have we not sold out for this game, we are top of the division and going into the last 10 games ? what is up with our support.

If this was Charlton, Orient or Palace, we'd be taken 3,000+ with hundreds more looking for tickets/in home ends.

Still can't see what the issue is ? only 2 stops by train from Waterloo by far the quickest London game to get to. Millwall is not the place it used to be.

For those on the tube, there's a fair old bit of disruption this weekend.

I come in from Paddington and last time caught the Thames Clipper to Greenland Pier then walked to the ground which took 20 minutes.

Regardless of what "we" think many hear "Millwall" and then balk due to the reputation.

I'm baffled as to why anyone would choose to drink in the Hole in the Wall

Really wish I was able to make this one, but it falls 2 days before pay day and I'm skint til then. So that is my reason for not going! From previous experience the Barrowboy & Banker is a good shout for a beer around London Bridge before the game.

You're more likely to be inconveniced by the police if they see you in colours than get any trouble from Millwall fans. I wouldn't worry about it though.

safest ground in the country since they segregate all fans at the station.
The George in London Bridge is good for decent beer - saw a few Saints fans in there last season.
Might have a spare ticket going if anyone's interested.

I got a ticket online earlier in the week, they said they take uncollected tickets up to the game with them and you can collect from the box office. Do I still take the away fans route to from the station if needing to collect?
