There are a lot of lads cramped on HMS ocean. That has ****ed off some folk and it would be appear to be wherethe comment was made about having better accomodation in afghan came from. Its not in some dingy car park.

Just heard from a friend You whose looking after Coppers in 2 lovely Caravan Parks in Weymouth, they are receiving £80 extra a day and the ******s are still wingeing.!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems that everyone is on the take from the olympics (except the armed forces) , bus drivers, tube drivers, politicians and now the old bill

by the way I have other military friends who have family members who are in the forces who are deployed to the Olympics

My son-in law is with the RLC at the Old Trafford area. He has not mentioned any complaints. The most important thing is the public are really impressed with the way the military are carrying out their duties - with great pride and a good attitude.

Brother in law is there... Beach volleyball .... Jammy git....got to take rough with the smooth I suppose......

As for HMS Ocean again that came from a friend who said his son was on HMS Ocean and his son was saying it was very cramped on there. I can understand that . as there are only so many toliets and showers on Ocean unless they have got portaloos in and portable showers, the same as they have in Afgan. Tose showers are brilliant by the way Alps

As for your last comment Alps as I said earlier you have not got a clue what Delldays or I experienced in the forces.
Its not one rule for one set of military personnel and another set for the other group. We all muck in together
its called comraderie. something you should aquaint yourself with.

BTW I spoke to some more troops last night whilst queuing for the Beach Volleyball. Again I got told that it is not as bad as being made out. They were all made up as they were on Beach Volleyball duty and said lots of their colleagues were giving them stick for getting the prized job. Saw loads in the stands in time for the GB women's game.

Excellent to hear lord Coe thank the forces for keeping the city safe throughout the Olympics . As for the numpties who took their case through the courts to have missiles on strategic roof top areas what a waste of money and time snarling up the courts . Not a squeak from them.

Stupid as well as a troll...our sevicemen and women's professionality and dignity has nothing to do with the way the Government treat them - they continually demonstrate that.
