My Nephew and his Family currently live in a Chav filled block, benefit dope smoking scum having parties till 4am on us and it`s making their live`s a complete misery, The Police and Council seem to be helpless as they all have asbo`s yet nothing can be done. They both work have two Kiddies (2yrs 3 months and 7 months) are non smokers and have no pets. as the housing market at the mo mostly require a 15-20% deposit they cannot afford 1st time buyers rates but can afford a reasonable deposit to go private, i.e one months rent + one months deposit up front as well as a good council reference. They would have to give the Council 30 days notice to quit but would consider paying 2x rent if the right accommodation became avail, They are after a unfurnished 2-3 bed House/Mais/Flat. Any help would be very much appreciated.
