    I was told he was seen at airport but dismissed a BS. Kind of hope it isn't true but you never know.

    Hes a proven goal scorer he'd be worth a short term deal. How many times did he come on as an impact sub for united? People were happy with Del Piero, hes basically the same. Get him in Nige!

    I'd take a finisher of his quality in a New York minute under some kind of pay-as-you-play deal - half the Premier League would I'd imagine. A pretty big 'punt' on him staying fit otherwise.
