Probably noted before, but do other managers just take on board what NA says and copy him or is there now a 'manager's phrase book'?
Latest to hear from a few players/managers is 'don't get too high when we win, too low when we lose'. Others are the now ubiquitous use of the word 'credit' and talking about the game being about the group, not the individual.
Have heard others, but more and more I keep hearing NA-speak when he's not there.

FFS It's Atkins
He just says the same things over and over again tbf. It's a bit embarrassing and I hope he has something a bit more inspirational when it comes to team talks.
Together as one
Let's just draw a blue line under this whole thread
I'm tired of him banging on bout his Sun Tzu or whatever. I think he's taking it too literal. Like in Chapter 6 where Sun Tzu is saying "A wise man does not defend the flanks, he plays an extra striker instead." I mean Sun Tzu is probably quite smart or whatever, but when he wrote that he hadn't seen Frazer Richardson play fullback.

I think Atkins needs to come up with some blue sky thinking.
He needs a corporate teambuilding weekend away clicheometer each time he's in front of one of those sponsor boards.
it's as simple as that.....
he's certainly finding it tough so far in the Barclays Premier League.

I like nige, but he is boring to listen to. I knew that if we lost alot more games this season it would become grating and start to **** people off.
I think NA talks a good game but it is what happens on the pitch that matters and thus far it aint good enough
