Default Tickets posted to the wrong address...

    Hi Guys,

I bought West Brom tickets last Friday online, I asked for them to be posted to my Milton Keynes address where I recently moved. Luckily I still know the resident of where I used to live and I've just been told they were posted to there today (a week after I bought them?!). Now I'm going to have to pay to have them sent next day delievery so I can use them on Monday or they won't get here, I've got an email confirming my purchase with my Milton Keynes address on, so what do you think I should do? Send them the postal bill, demand they send a dupe special delivery tomorrow or what?

    Cheers!

(In short: the ticket office sent my tickets to the wrong place, what should I do?)

Send them the receipt for getting the tickets sent from the wrong address and ask them to refund that cost.

I'm heading up to Milton Keynes tomorrow. Do you want me to pick them up for you and bring them to your house? Send me your address and i'm happy to do it. I presume you'll be at work tomorrow so your new place will be empty all day?

This doesn't surprise me. The ticket office is a ****ing shambles.

Hmm, perhaps this is worded wrongly or do I just have a suspicious mind?

Shout and scream at the ticket office to let you collect some reissues at West Brom on monday?

Doesn't suprise me! I didn't even get my season ticket sent to me but got some other randoms instead! Endless phone calls and still didn't get it! Ended up with a trip from Devon to sort it out!

I emailed the ticket office a couple of weeks before the season started to say my season ticket hadn't arrived (I'd already tried phoning several times but hadn't got through). After a week I'd still not had a reply so I went back to trying the phone line. Eventually got through & sorted it. Last week I got an email from the ticket office apologising for the delay which was due to unexpectedly high volumes, saying they hoped my season ticket had now arrived!!!!

Every ticket I've got posted this season has come to me with the envelope open. Luckily I've a good postman, either that or he realises how **** we are at the moment.

My Arsenal ones came open and the West Ham ones went to my brother's place instead of mine (his S/T is linked). They really are hopeless.........

Thats because they play 3 at the kiosk, 4 in the back room and 3 in the post room. It leaves the post room too exposed meaning they are making mistake after mistake.

    Demand they refund you.

People really need to keep on at them for their incompetence, then they might finally catch on.
