Body Control Module for Hyundai Coupe problem.....

Finally found someone to look at my car re. fact hazards aren't working with the ignition off - they said the the Body Control module element for the hazards has fused over time while parked up (2+ years) - confusing as they go with ignition on.

Question is, will a second hand module one from work?

Silverlake have one for £30.00 but say this item, once removed from the vehicle, is non-refundable.

Main dealer have said to order a new one in would be £600!!

Update on this after the flurry of replies!!

Found out the new BCM solves the Hazard light problem but created a worse one - car won't ignite now. Been told you need the original fixed as the car only recognises that one for ignition purposes - the solution is to re-install the old one and rewire the circuit to the hazards directly to the battery.

Question is, do any of you know and auto-electrician that can do this on a call out?
