That said, missing one of the most important figures in English football was a bit stupid. And 160 out of 198 on the last. For some strange reason, the season I struggled most with was 07/08! I got 25, with Kevin Davies only coming to me in the last few seconds as I thought through transfer windows. I missed Kachloul, Tessem, Ramirez, Marsden, Anders Svensson and Ekelund. The only ones I missed in the top half were Ships, Maddison and gorgeous Iain who were all before my time so I'm not to ashamed about that.
