I thought of this on the train home, it's simple and has an known/catchy tune:

Faintly heard one at West Ham to "come on feel the noise, couldn't make out anything other than the last line though, "We've got Claude Puel, we've got Claude Puel".

Doesn't really rhyme but still...

Someone came up with this on the Europa thread:

(To the tune of Noel, Noel). Obviously it's only really good for two games, but in terms of name-fit, context-fit, familiarity and ease to sing, I doubt there is anything better!
