Drove through there last week on my way from Sarnia to a place called Crowland down by Port Colborne. Took the Parkway route from 403 to QEW never got above 40 klicks. I'll have you know this is a fine city - one that (unlike others I could name) has won numerous Stanley Cups. It's just a little chilly here in the Winter, that's all. Today is a less than balmy -25. We get about a week of -35C to -40C (wind chill already added to air temp of -20C to -25C) each year. It didn't snow but as I left basingstoke the worst blizzards for 20 years hit the hideous town, I am a snow Jonah. Last 4 years snowhunts.
