Good condition, completely waterproof, will probably need a new stain or coat of paint to show it off to your friends. Floor: Tongue and Groove Roof: Solid sheet OSB with green mineral felt Walls: Tongue and Groove Width - 8 feet Depth - 6 Feet 2 glazed french doors 2 glazed fixed Windows Door handle is lockable (key supplied) Age - Unknown (I moved here 3 years ago & it was here then, looked pretty new though?) Couldnt find the exact one on the web but similar design to these: Here & here The whole thing is screwed together with brass screws.
