people love to blame one man, why doesnt anyone blame the bankers anymore?

yes..they sure do...what people are finding hard to take is the state of the country that is now for all to see..this would have been tha case at one point, bankers or no bankers...

we were living life (public services and spending) on credit...the locker is bare and has been bare for a while...yet they kept spending and borrowing

Quite. Collectively we all spent the money we didnt have very happily. Now the bills are in its all GBs fault. Of course he is largely to blame for the public finances but the mountain of private debt is all down to you, me and the 60 million others in this country.

because we have some stupid posters who think its not the bankers fault for the worldwide recession and money around the world was pumped in around the world to stop another depression, they should read the 1930.s history lessons to see how we got out of the depression.

it looks like the bankers have got away with again.

We went into the banking crisis in a worst state than most countries, because of Browns policies.

The British people obviously didn't believe he was capable of clearing up the mess as Labour suffered its worse election result for decades. He now appears to be after Ted Heath's record for the longest sulk after an election defeat.

Brown was spending our money like water long before the recession. You would have to be stupid to disagree with that.
