This normally doesn't start until about October, ITV have to out out a certain amount of hours of local sport to fulfill their obligations as a public service provider, so they put out the exact minimum, which means it starts in Septemebr or October. The commentator guy is talking about Andrew Surman and how he's going to be a Dad etc and says 'Andrew Surman a Southampton man through and through. Born in South Africa.....'
