saint lard Posted 10 January, 2009 Share Posted 10 January, 2009 The 5 somalian pirates that "captured" the super tanker Sirius Star have drowned when their boat capsized when leaving the tanker with the cash, that was dropped by parachute to them,after the company paid for the return of the tanker and the hostages. The $3m ransom was split between them on board. A number of small boats left carrying the raiders. One boat, carrying 8, capsized leaving three to swim for several hours to the shore.
