Felipe finished ahead of Kimi in 08, so why is he No.4 & Rakkonen No.3?

Not unless someone buys Honda or he gets the unconfirmed seat at Toro Rosso. I believe the guys at Toro Rosso have approached him and I know he wants to honour his "Honda" contract (as a preference) but until someone is confirmed alongside Buemi I wouldn't rule that out.

I thought there was a ban on tobacco advertising in F1 now. How come Ferrari can still have Marlboro as a title sponsor?

 

Also, just saw the new Ferrari in the Guardian http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/2009/jan/13/formula-one-motor-sport-ferrari. It doesn't look as bad as I thought the cars might look for this year. There are more photos in the paper.

 

They can't display the Marlboro brand at any competitive event but there's nothing to prevent a tobacco firm sponsoring a team per sé.

 

Also, it looks good in the press photos but it looks damn ugly on the track, as will they all.
