Then The new offence will initially be punishable by a fixed penalty notice of £100 and a fine, followed by court action and the seizure of the vehicle. If your car is subject to Statutory Off Road Notification, you will not get a letter. Does that mean "you will not get a letter because you will be exempt from the new law", or "you will not get a letter initially, because they will be trying to catch drivers of non-SORN vehicles first" :confused: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
