I'd take the bluetooth module out. We deal with a lot of Dells and a lot of the BCM2045 Dell/Broadcom bluetooth modules cause all sorts of grief. You tried just disabling it in device manager?

 

Work laptop, so Im not going to take it apart unfortunately. Well, Ive backed up all my crap and called the HellDesk to arrange a medical for it...

 

Can I post my first smug Mac reply yet?
