Dicko Posted 27 August, 2008 Share Posted 27 August, 2008 Does anyone use Mcafee? It automatically searches for updates & downloads, but last week i lost my internet connection during the download. The problem is, it appears to have now crashed. I can't manually search for updates because it says it's downloading and I'm getting messages from Mcafee saying my software is out of date. I had the same problem with Symantec/Norton and I had to uninstall completely then re-install and get all available updates. It had something to do with time algorithms IIRC.
