  1. Plenty of tickets available on general sale for Blackburn and Leicester away currently. Blackburn - looks like we sold most of the initial 2100, they've added some more in upper tier now . Ipswich have about 5000 going up there on Friday, don't think we'll get anywhere near that. Leicester away - 3300 allocation, still about 500 left on general sale, most of the allocation sold when this was scheduled to be a Friday night game, not such a rush to buy for rearranged date, hard to know if anything to play for still by then.
  2. I agree with you, just saying some of these lads playing Tuesday night could pick up a knock, Wednesday travel day, training ground either Wednesday afternoon/ Thursday leaves very little prep time. Do Middlesbrough have any many away?
  3. We'll have a few players only returning from international duty on Thursday, not ideal preparation for a game on Friday, can definitely see Martin trying to be clever with one eye on the Ipswich game. 6 of those players listed still have internationals to play this week.

    Nathan Tella

It is funny Tella will be lifting the trophy instead of Harry Kane at Munich. Probably makes sense that we sold Tella when we did and fingers crossed we get a bonus if they win it.

    Joe Aribo

Yeah he was awful last season and had given up hope on him coming good, he's an important player for us now and offers a lot. Rangers fans really liked him , maybe just took him time to adjust.
  6. Personally I'll be moaning about the international break and the inevitable injury to one or our players that will occur during it. Anyone know if they've taken the squad away this week? For the non-internationals a 3 week break at this point of the season is a great opportunity to recharge ready for the run in

We won't , tough one for Martin to manage , needs to keep the players focused and try to end the season with momentum going into the play offs. Watching Leeds lift the title last game of the season will be a bit of a downer or could inspire them to go on and win a bit of silverware ourselves.
  8. Feels like the pressure is off now so hopefully Martin let's the players have some freedom, particularly going forward take some risks and be creative instead of focusing on keeping the ball.

If we're going to go up it will have to be via the play offs so at least that will be good, but overall don't miss the Premier League at all, never watch any PL games anymore and not really interested in the hype.
  10. Would be nice to get some revenge for the 5-0 defeat , get at them early on, if Sunderlands defence is feeling generous we could see a repeat of this
  11. Once they have cleared the damage from the fire it will be interesting to see what happens with redevelopment, could be an opportunity for the club to buy more land and change the access at that end.
  12. Crazy thing is you can't do that much with 10k any more. Wonder if the club bought it or just a private collector.
  13. Exactly the focus now should be on preparation for the play offs. Automatic promotion isn't going to happen , we're not getting above 2 of the top 3.
  14. I tend to think goal difference is a good indication of how teams will finish, Leeds is miles ahead of ours , we've been consistently worse at defending than them, 28 conceded to our 45. I conducted a quick survey in the pub after the game on Saturday and not one thought we'd still get top two so looks like we're all preparing ourselves for seeing out the season and having a go at the play offs. Leeds and Ipswich will both win tomorrow night.
