  1. Short term I think we can stay up, but it's only a matter of time unless big changes are made. Sadly I've no faith in owners or people running the club day to day to make it happen.
  2. I've 2 spare tickets for sandown races for August 30th. Tickets on there own are online at £16. these tickets were part of a bundle and also each come with £10 food/drink voucher and £2 free bet ( think there's also a free race card but not sure) Online to buy from jockey club/sandown races they are priced at £28 plus delivery. I paid £21 each (£20 plus delivery) if anyone local to Southampton area wants them I will sell for the price they cost me.
  3. Can't sell him now, if we do it will just show any player that we will back down if they throw toys out the pram. We will end up in this situation time and time again.
  4. Yep your really not aware of how odds work especially with that comment. It's a small market there was £4 available at 40s and the next available odds were 17s. It really is very simple, it's a small market and now one i's offering or was offering between 17/1 and 40/1.
  5. We shouldn't be so quick to judge, I'm sure I remember Chaplow etc joining in anti skate songs when we got promotion from league one, I'm sure the ox was stood there looking rather sheepish at the time. It's just playing to the fans thats all.
  6. Nice to see FF slinging mud around again. How ironic or should I say moronic that he started a thread not so long ago about posters attacking each other, yet he does more than his fair share. FF have you ever met Sadoldgit ? If not how can you judge him!
  7. FF a little bit of pot and kettle !! You have a few battles on here too
  8. No claim of an ITK rumour of signing. Just same as you someone mentioned the name for a but of fun around a week ago.
  9. Having had enough time to digest the news. Not sure we should be angry with RK. True he often spoke about loyalty and seeing his contract out, but loyalty works both ways. We had the rumours on hear that he might be pushed out if he was not going to sign a contract extension, so we can be pretty sure he would have been aware of those same rumours. So why wouldn't he be interested in a new challenge elsewhere to protect his career (ok amd earn 7mil a yr) rather than stay here and hope not to get sacked before his contract ends. We had a great couple of seasons under him and he really helped steady the ship at the start when it seemed almost everyone was off. So thanks Ron, and I'm sure our next oppointment will be just as good.
  10. On probably not window cleaner, but the point still stands with the player investment if they want to be a top 4 club.
  11. One thing doesn't seem to have clicked with the Everton fans who are too busy congratulating each other on what a big club they are is this. Their new Part owner is worth a reported 1.7 billion and has promised 100 mil to spend plus fund a new stadium. New stadium surely going to be around 150 mil at least. 100 million won't compete with Chelsea city or even united and Arsenal. So he is going to need to chuck 100 million a year for 4 or 5 years to have even a chance of regular champions league football. Surely they are not stupid enough to expect the owner to pump half of his wealth into the club.. every chance this goes badly wrong for them!
  12. I'd take him back, but only if he took another full page advert out in the echo saying Sorry!
  13. Not watching it. But if she is at St Marys. Wouldn't she be better off at staplewood .
  14. To be fair he would probably learn more from Ted Rodgers than Brendon Rodgers ☺
