  1. Ha-ha the gift that keeps on giving 😁
  2. Having watched us at the final whistle midweek and commenting that most of them looked like they had just completed a Marathon in a competitive time - I’d guess that fitness isn’t at the level it should be.
  3. The back catalogue is hefty enough to keep the kitchen door ajar when the back and front doors are open 😳😁
  4. Ooo-errr that makes 2 of us then😲
  5. Struck me at the final whistle how many of our players instantly were bent over or down on their haunches like they had run a marathon.
  6. I thought the Chivas de Guadalajara shirt looks oven ready job done.
  7. My Sky is acting the goat Mrs JBS is watching Ingerland ladies v Ireland - the Irish have a lass on throw ins, jeez they are sensational from the 3rd stripe of grass into the England half she has launched throw-ins right Ito the mixer of the box just like JWP would do with his feet………no one can be offside.
  8. Thanks @AlexLaw76 This jumped out at me We just do not run enough, it is not tiredness and it is a problem if they do not want to do it Really? I don’t want to get up in the morning and go to work - but if I don’t we’re buggered in our house.
  9. As an aside, a mate has made a short break of being at the game tonight - his FB post prompted a memory of my own. I was there for our game in 2005 when the floodlights went out for about 40 minutes - Ipswich were sponsored at the time by N-Power - which fuelled Saints fans mirth singing timeless classics like “can we lend you 50p” and “who forgot to pay the bill”. Amazingly the local rail company held the late train back to Felixstowe until after the later final whistle. Something else I recall, as we made our way the out seats a Saints was munching through a big bag Pistachios like a machine - when we were heading home the pile, sorry mountain!, of shells around where his feet were was definitely a slip hazard!! Right - carry on
