Sadly I predict that will be it for this window for us. I don't believe Les and co will offer enough to tempt Primes and any attempt for Gaitan will have to exceed wages offered by West Ham and Swansea by the looks of it. Historically we've been more attractive than those two based on our league position. Not this season unfortunately.

Here's my spurs supporting mate's opinion of Wimmer: Yup. Needs to play regularly tho, not a natural athlete but when he gets a run he's solid as ****. When he's on the bench he turns into Elvis c.1977. Thing is he's better than Dier at the back but Poch keeps playing Dier ahead of him when Toby or Jan are out. You could do a lot worse. Straight swap for Gabiadinni?

Sorry, I wasn't referring to clean sheets over the season, but purely Fraser's overall performance over the season. A clean sheet can be accomplished by the opposition not having a shot on target, we all know this. There was a string of games where teams were getting a single shot on target and it was resulting in a goal each time, it became a running joke on here....

There were MANY examples, but I'm not a stato who writes these down, nor has time to go back and look. Anyone who watched all/most of the games last season will know that Fraser had a horrific campaign by comparison to previous seasons. To try and suggest otherwise is wrong.

Fully aware there are weaknesses within our team right now. And its not just Alpine, this whole thread is littered with knee jerk negativity, it's there in black and white for all to see. I get just as p*ssed off as anyone on a Saturday when we lose, but I think a touch of realism is needed. This place is started to look like a Spurs board in the fact we have a divine right to finish in Europe from now on. If after 6-8 games things havnt improved then I'll hit the panic button.
