  1. Are you for real? The man has lead us from the bottom of League 1 to 8th in the Premiership in 5 years. A man who defied the odds season after season, and has gone from the bottom to the very top in football. From the beetroot factory to the World Cup in Brazil. He's epitomised everything about the spirit of Southampton over the past few years- a pure inspiration to all youngsters out there to never give up on your dream- no matter how mad it seems. He leaves St.Mary's a club legend, and he will never, ever be forgotten.
  2. Last time I looked we weren't in 17th you ****ing numbnut. How about changing your tune instead of coming out with the same drivel in every post eh.
  3. Im hoping this works!! http://www.usagoals.com/live/16298-leicester-city-vs-southampton/watch/stream/online/free/feed/p2p/en/vivo/tv/gratis/
  4. Yeah was wondering about this myself but dont think it does. Theres a football league app you can buy though, and catch the Saints highlights from every game on that.
  5. Extremely happy with this. Lets hope its with a view to signing him on a permanent deal.
  6. Meh. Cant say I'm overly impressed with this, although I have a sneaky feeling he might do well. Its a similar feeling to when we appointed Pearson I think. Has the potential to do a great job to be fair, and I'd be confident he can take us out of this league at least. Seems like an intelligent man. However its a MASSIVE gamble. Taking S****horpe up twice is admittedly a fine achievement, but managing Saints and meeting Saints supporters expectations is a different matter entirely. Not to mention the pressure from NC and the boardroom to get results straight away. He never had that at any of his previous clubs and was always regarded as the underdog. He'll have my support from the off, just hope he doesnt get too much critisism winging his way if things dont click immediately.
  7. Interesting to see Jeff Kenna has come out of nowhere and his odds have been slashed today from 33/1 to 8/1!!
  8. No. God I cant tell you how much I want this to happen though.
  9. I'd give anything to see MoN manage us! ANYTHING!
  10. Interesting to see Zola is now into 7/4 in the betting! Adkins is now 8/13. Hmmmm.....
  11. Nigel Adkins is now 1/3 favourite with Skybet!! http://www.skybet.com/betting/footba...t10002896.html

  13. Weep with joy, probably! He's the only man that would make up for this mess with currently find ourselves in!
  14. Totally agree. If Martin o'Neill isn't to be lured to the South Coast, which admittedly is highly unlikey, I'd really like Nigel Pearson or Tony Mowbray. I'd facking love to see Pearson back here and have no doubt he'd take us back to the promised land. Cant believe how his name hasn't been mentioned more on these threads. Leicester walked this league with him in charge 2 seasons back, and he was damn unlucky not to follow that up with back to back promotions. He's definitely a manager who's going all the way to the top imo. One of the worst decisions of Lowe's reign was to get rid of him, but we wont get into that. Given that we have a lot more resources than they had, and the fact that Hull are financially ****ed at the moment, he may well be tempted to give us another go! Here's hoping...
