If you are aged between 16-25 living in Southampton or the surrounding areas and out of work then Get Started with us and achieve your goals. The Prince's Trust is proud to present you with this great opportunity where you can be taught coaching skills from professional coaches at Southampton FC whilst gaining a Level 1 Award in Coaching Football, FA First Aid and FA Safe Guarding over the space of a free 5 day course. This course will also build your confidence, communication and teamwork skills. After completing the course you will be given priority placement on a 12 week programme run by saints 'Barclays Premier League Works' but if you wish not to participate in that programme you will receive up to 3 months support from The Prince's Trust to help you find employment, education or training. The course runs from 16th-20th June based at The Oasis Centre, Lordshill. There is a taster day on 11th June but we will need to meet with you beforehand to complete some minor paperwork. Interested? Young people will learn coaching skills from professional coaches at Southampton FC, Gain a FA Level 1 award in coaching football (worth £180) FA First Aid and FA safe guarding qualification.
