  1. We can probably count him out of the starting 11 on Friday then. Guessing it'll be Edozie or Sulemena to replace him given Fraser has only just started training again.
  2. Seen some people saying Brooks was limping as he came off
  3. This is the problem Martin has. When we've veered away from our best 11 we've looked very disjointed and now we've probably got to win every game, we can't afford to be disjointed. On the other hand with a game every 3/4 days there's inevitably going to be some rotation. Hopefully he doesn't over do it.
  4. Bazunu; KWP, THB, Bednarek, Bree; Downes, Smallbone, Armstrong; Brooks, AA, Adams. That's my side but I'm certainly expecting Manning and Stephens to be in the starting 11. Players like Smallbone, Brooks, Bednarek, THB, Stu and Adams are all likely to be playing tomorrow night, so it'll be interesting to see if RM goes for a slightly different side.
  5. He's really turned them around. Didn't expect anything less tbh.
  6. That's where they will finish
  7. I feel like Poch should be going mad at Sterling. Why is he taking set pieces off Palmer?
  8. Of course not. Jack should be deployed in the legendary front sweeper position with a licence to roam forward and use all that pace of his.
  9. We've looked at our best this season with Bree, Bednarek, THB and KWP as the back 4. Wish we would go back to this for the run in but I just can't see it unfortunately.
  10. Yeah I think it's pretty clear to see tbh. He's the kinda guy that plays for himself. He looked gutted after the game yesterday (probably because he failed to score), despite us winning 4-2
  11. Adams was in an offside position but no way is the keeper getting near that finish from Rothwell.
  12. Indeed. If you watch Rothwells highlights from when he was at Blackburn, you can see his strength is carrying the ball forwards. His game isn't suited to the tippy happy football as much. It's about being positive and creating opportunities.
  13. Martin made a big error by taking Smallbone off when he did. It should've been Stu off at that point. You could see he was knackered. I love Stu but he's a bit of a luxury player and isn't best suited when you are defending a lead.
  14. His distribution was poor today, which is normally his strength. Both goals were basically in off the post, no keeper in the world is saving either shot.
  15. Let's be honest, we've won the last two games because the opposition were shite at the back and we have created a lot of good chances. If we continue to defend like we do then Leicester, Ipswich and Leeds will beat us no trouble.
