  1. I give as much a shit about this game as the players did about last nights.

    Another so called 'slight knock'
  3. If true that's strange. I'm trying to get my head round why RM would be sad to see JW go but the players would be pleased. Maybe JW was the disciplinarian and now he's gone the players are getting away with things.
  4. Totally agree. Leicester played pretty much exactly as they did at St Marys and RM made no attempt to set up a team to counter that. In both games we made them look like world beaters yet I've watched them constantly struggle against lesser sides than us and their fans forum confirms how poor they've been lately.
  5. Fine words from Jack but talk is cheap. Let's wait and see if his comments are backed up by the performance on Saturday. Last night we were clearly not at it from minute one and RM should have sensed that early and got into the players. Instead he sat on his hands and allowed that car crash to unfold. For the second time this season the Leicester manager completely schooled him by setting up to hit us on the break and not worry about how much possession Leicester had as backed up by the stats.
  6. He let's himself down badly with such daft comments. Fans can smell bullshit a mile away and do not want to hear it. Don't try to pull the wool over our eyes, we watched the game and know what we saw. If you can't be honest best to say nothing because that pile of nonsense fools nobody.
  7. Take off the red and white tinted specs - they bossed us for 90 minutes.
  8. They cut us to shreds down both flanks and through the middle. That hammering had nothing to do with McCarthy's distribution. We gave them the freedom of the park. They were quite happy to let us play our little tippy tappy backwards sideways passing and whenever we gave them the ball back as we did lots of times they broke our lines and flanks at pace and caused havoc. That was about as badly managed team performance as I have ever seen because we offered nothing. The stats in both games against Leicester show that they played on the break - we fell for it at St Marys and RM should gave been ready for more of the same tonight but of course he's far too arrogant to change the way we play. He got what he deserved tonight and I hope it hurt.
  9. I'm not so sure he says the right things. If you listen to him he has a series of phrases that he continually rolls out at every interview. He's clearly unable to think on his feet so hides behind these stock phrases which he keeps repeating. He doesn't strike me as a progressive coach full of ideas and views about the game - he's just very limited from what I see and hear.
  10. Exactly right. Watching it tonight it was very clear from the first minute that we were not at the races. It was his job to get across to the players early in the game that he was far from happy and to demand a marked upturn in energy, intent, drive, effort, concentration and yes, his favourite word, bravery. One of his big problems is the fact that he wants to be everybody's friend and is far too pally pally with the players.
  11. Our manager is even worse.
  12. Could do a lot worse than offer him the job but I doubt they'll sack RM.
  13. 67% possession and losing 5-0 but RM won't change a thing.
  14. 33% possession for Leicester - it was similar in the first game. RM continues to learn nothing
  15. Not a single ounce of pride out there tonight and that includes RM.
