I have decided to put the sale on hold.. I have contacted Southampton FC, I asked if it was lost or stolen.. Message from them- Dear Vincent,Thank you for your E Mail. It’s fantastic to hear you have what sounds like an official Southampton Football Club Trophy! Could we ask that you send us a picture of the trophy, so we can communicate with our club historians and club secretary, and advise what would be the best course of action. I am interested in selling but as for price, I have no idea.... my first thoughts were that a player had had a bad game and lobbed it in the Thames.

Doing a bit of beach combing on the Thames and found it washed up on the shore.

Not sure what I have ...it is engraved 'Crystal Palace Football Club, Saturday 7th May 2005, Presented to Southampton F.C,'.... and is about 9cm high. [/img]
