I live in Hackney Wick (five minute walk from the stadium) and there's not much around. There are a few trendy bars nearby on the canal (Crate and Bar 90) but they've been taken over by Hammers fans. Though, Crate has now banned anyone from wearing colours because p*ssed up Hammers kept jumping in the canal and being a general nuisance. Westfield Stratford is next door, too, and there are some bars there. They will be packed, I imagine. You could try Stratford itself, but I'm not versed on if there is anywhere to drink. There are plenty of places to drink in Leyton (only a tube stop away).

It'll be a difficult game. I'm not sure why Saints fans are being overly confident about this one. Even Pompey fans are unnecessarily quaking it. Yes, we're storming the league but this is Pompey and football is football. It's likely they'll install Appleton today and he could get them playing good football. Our away form isn't convincing.

I am a former reporter for the Somerset County Gazette/Bridgwater Mercury and have used that motorway hundreds of times. I am utterly shocked and my thoughts are with all those involved and affected by this horrific tragedy. The people of Somerset are good people and will have been rocked by this.
