I'm sure like most of you I'm really getting excited. Flying out this morning. Haven't slept. Keeping myself going with Irish Coffee. Hopefully catch a wink or two on the plane. Looking forward to pizza and a few pints tomorrow evening in Milan and meeting with some fans before making a day of it on Thursday. Can't wait to see us congregate at the Duomo!

I think there were some excellent moments. To be a bit critical I would like to have seen a goal or two from open play. Tadic was sublime at being provider but we lacked movement and touch from his deliveries. Really hope Boufal is not a replacement for him. It would be exciting to see them both play together alongside a marquee signing upfront.

It could be tinkered with but not a bad basis for a song, I hope you all agree.

I've been looking into where to drink for the upcoming game against Internazionale. According to my sources there are two drinking areas in central Milan. Out of these Brera seemed to be the better option since it is nearer to the ground. It seems, from what I can gather, that a lot of the bars are not open until early evening (which obviously won't do!). I've come across an Irish Bar in Brera which is open all day. Which sounds like a good starting point at least. Can anyone out there share any meeting points/alternative pubs to go otherwise?
