  1. As an aviation enthusiast myself I'm ashamed to say I didn't know he was a Saints fan, or that he grew up so local to me. Do you know if he stayed in the area or had moved away? RIP Capt Moody, a true hero
  2. Probably read it on here...
  3. He was very good for the skates (although obviously at a lower level). Pitching him straight into the prem from L1 was mental and probably set him back at least a season. However his distribution with his feet has improved a lot. His start position is generally good when we're pressing but need a get out pass. He's not afraid to come off his line like McCarthy and when he makes that decision he sticks with it. Yes occasionally it the wrong decision but I'd rather that than have Mcarthy glued to his line like a rabbit in the headlights. But yeah, still think its time now to give Lumley a go.
  4. I've tried to be patient with him as he's young and has a lot of potential, unfortunately though he just doesn't seem to be improving. Last night was the final straw for me, the 1st in particualr any semi competent keeper could have saved one handed yet he somehow managed to fall under it. Time to drop him now and give Lumley a go before the play offs.
  5. There is a piece on the website but nothing on facebook weirdly
  6. The new gladiators are all munters compared to Jet😍
  7. Shame he wasn't still around during the VVD saga, I doubt he would have handled it quite as meekly as we did at the time
  8. Now being reported that loose fittings have been found in several more MAX9s.
  9. 100% this. The whole team were getting far too laid back and cocky at that point, and we got punished for it. Baz will likely shoulder the blame but did he even need to recieve the pass in the first pace? Did we need to put him under that much pressure? Whilst he won't say it publically you can bet RM is fuming about it and put a rocket up the whole team in the dressing room afterwards.
  10. Agreed. The lads at the back are making a great effort in getting some atmosphere going but it was less than 2 mins into the game before that bloody fratton park falling down song started. Stick to pro Saints songs a bit more and more people might join in
  11. Probably just good man management. We've got a busy few weeks ahead giving a key player as much rest as possible makes sense

    Joe Aribo

Easily one of the worst 'players' I have seen in a Saints shirt, along with Mara

Think it was the first televised evening Prem league game or something. I remember it for Sky hanging massive speakers from the stands to try and deafen the crowd, and CKTC getting drowned out on live tv by the whole ground singing 'who the fucking hell are you' at full volume😂
  14. Glad its finally confirmed, but still massively underwhelmed. Just another Ankersen yes man, hope I'm proved wrong
