I emailed them too. It's a woeful service. Truly ****. A 14 year old kid could have knocked up a better media site in 15 minutes for a GCSE project. And I expect Saints are actually paying good money to Level3.... And to take a monthly subscription and then not provide the service sucks ass. But if you paid recently then you should get it back from the Administrator. He is personally responsible for all debts incurred whilst trading in admin. Including refunds for services not provided.

As a family-friend, I can confirm it is true unfortunately.
