  1. I was at that game. If I recall correctly we were 0-1 down after 1 minute and all the goals were scored by the 60th minute. The chant around The Dell was we want 10, but alas the goal never came. I think we also signed their goalie in the next season. I can't recall more goals in a single game - I think 10 is the next highest.
  2. I agree - and I think i'm the guy who sits next to you. The problem in my view is less with the player taking the throw, but more with the receiving players. We don't get enough players in positions to receive the throw. Those who are near the thrower are static and hence easy to mark. Late on in the Liverpool game Yan V threw the ball into a dangerous area, but it went out for a goal kick. The problem in my view was that Josh Sims did'nt move. The basic principle of throw the ball in and play it back to the thrower seems to be beyond us - something that is coached at junior level in schools.
  3. Done - would be interested in seeing the results Good Luck with the project
  4. Lambert -minor hamstring back in training tomorrow, according to Radio Solent
  5. Reply to Window cleaner I am a season ticket holder - I brought the £25 ticket for my daughter on-line at lunchtime. When I saw the £5 offer later in the afternoon, I phoned and they let me cancel the £25 ticket and buy a ticket (for the same seat) for £5.
  6. Just done the same on line - however, just phoned customer service and they refunded my ticket (£25) and allowed my to purchase one for a fiver. Customer Service and Ticket Office were really helpful. Might be worth a call.
  7. Just done the same - but called customer service and they cancelled my online ticket (£25.00) and I brought 1# for a fiver.
