  1. It is not unusual for Italian players to smoke when not on a match day, part of the culture of the 2nd largest smoking country in Europe. They think it far worse that our players drink beer on non training days,or in the evening after weekend matches. So I think it is more about how you grow up and the culture of that country.
  2. Last season 10 was well over half the matchday squad which was only 17, the rest of the players not in the squad came later as the matchday squad will be 19/20 this season more than 10 may well come by midday this season.
  3. You are both right and wrong, the players do arrive as early as 11:30 anytime up to 1:15, it depends if they are having a pre match meal at St Mary's or at home, about 10 or so will arrive up to 12 and then the rest between 12:30 and 1:15. I am there regulary so know this to be the case,if the original poster wants the lambers and lallana's he will need to be there at 11:30 as they always do the pre match.
  4. I would be amazed if Chamberlain, walcot or any of the other Euro 2012 players even played they will still be on holiday a month before the start of the season, with the later stages of the championships going on till late June
  5. Some of the players get there for their pre match food, and to get them (between 6 and 8 of them including lallana/alambert ect) you will need to be there by about 9 - 9.15, for the rest from about 10 onwards.
  6. Can only confirm again what he said to myself and at least 3 other people, that he was out for about 4 weeks, but had a scan last Wednesday to confirm this. Maybe he was told to tell us the wrong Information, or maybe Adkins is trying to confuse the opposition again. I suppose we will have to wait and see if he plays or not ?
  7. I certainly did not make it up - However he did say he had to have further scans so it could change i suppose
  8. Spoke to Fox last night at about 7.00 p.m outside the main entrance, he said he is probably going to be out for about 4 weeks, soi if that is the case it will be Dan Harding for a while at left back.
  9. Here is one to throw in the pot, a chap i know who works at the airport phoned me up today to say that Kris Boyd the former Rangers/Boro striker was picked up in a car today from Eastleigh and driven off, I would not have a clue if this is Saints related or our fishey friends down the road were the club involved.
  10. Live up here in Berkshire and work in Reading with many Reading Fans, Kebe is know for 2 things a very poor attitude and falling over or failing to pass or cross all the time when in great positions to do so.
  11. Lallana did travel to Reading and was with the squad, he was signing autographs after the match and said he is very close to being fully fit.
  12. I See QPR squad is missing Agyemang,Hulse and Shiittu not sure if they have been loaned out anywhere already mind
  13. Get Well Soon Dan - Really hope you can make a full recovery from these Injuries
  14. Pretty sure that it is a Metatarsal Injury which he did in a pre season friendly at the start of August, expected out for 6-8 weeks so probably not back till Mid September at the earliest.
  15. Has his foot in a protective boot and is a longway from fitness, saw him for myself up at Palace on Saturday,as i was at their game as a guest. He would not pass a medical at the moment.
