  1. Bazunu KWP - Bednarek - THB - Manning Stu - Downes - Rothwell Arma - Che - Edozie Unlucky for Bree to miss out as I don’t think he’s done much wrong, but a bit of rotation surely required at this point. Aribo and Smallbone looked dead on their feet on Saturday so may be a chance for Rothwell, even though he’s never impressed me from the start. Could be any of Edozie, Sulemana or Fraser, but I’d lean Edozie as he’s completely fresh, had more output then Sulemana and didn’t give the lino the opportunity to flag offside like Ryan did on Sat
  2. Today’s result probably did it for them, and hopefully they feel that Big game, didn’t think we’d be having any more of those before the play-offs
  3. Absolutely insane, can only assume he expected Arma to run on a bit before crossing it but that is quite something Just glad it doesn’t matter
  4. Buzzing we won but fucking hell, was Fraser off? Needs a weeks wages docked if so
  5. Felt it at the time too, hardly be a surprise
  6. Don’t win today after those two results and these lot don’t deserve anything
  7. Would’ve taken Stephens and Brooks out but oh well, fingers crossed
  8. Leicester will win 3-1, nothing to see here
  9. Yeah, pretty much word for word agree with you here. It's funny how back in the Summer there were a large amount of people on here who seemed to think we'd do well to make the play-offs with the mess we were in. Fast forward to doing that with ease, whilst also looking like we'll put up a number which would've achieved automatic promotion in almost any other season, yet he should be sacked? It's actually a 50/50 on the thread below of people thinking we'll either be mid-table or promoted. Martin has plenty of flaws, and I'm of the belief that the season will be a failure if we don't go up in the play-offs. However, I think there's been enough to warrant him getting another go at it next year, in a hopefully less historically strong league. We'll still have a strong group of players, which combined with a solid utilisation of the 5 PL loans (we'll still be one of the most desirable moves), I'd fancy us to start the season as one of the favourites. If we do go up this year, you'd be a fool not to worry based on how our style would match up to the PL, but let's cross that bridge when we hopefully get to it.
  10. https://twitter.com/JPercyTelegraph/status/1775206928324477328?t=tyqRq-KMkA2t9ZzCfL7_6g&s=19 They are truly fucked. Worse financials than Everton/Forest
  11. Yeah I said this before seeing his starting position, which is definitely questionable However, I still maintain it was probably the toughest save of the three
  12. Is this assuming we don't go back up? We'll immediately lose KWP, THB, Bednarek, Downes, S. Armstrong and Che at the very least I'd imagine. First thing to do would be to get on the phone to City and West Ham to see if we can get either of the two loanees back, immediately. I can't imagine THB coming back but I have a slight hope for Downes, whether on loan or us scraping together £10m~ on a perm. Looking at the list below, it really looks essential for us to keep hold of Bednarek. GK: Max O'Leary (Bristol City)/Viktor Johansson (Rotherham), Gavin Bazunu, Joe Lumley RB: ?, James Bree CB: Jack Stephens, ? CB: ?, ? LB: Ryan Manning, Juan Larios DM: Flynn Downes (West Ham), Shea Charles CM: Joe Aribo, Will Smallbone CM: Callum O'Hare (Coventry), ? RW: Adam Armstrong, Sam Amo-Ameyaw, Tyler Dibling ST: Ross Stewart, Sekou Mara, Dom Ballard LW: Ryan Fraser, Sam Edozie A lot of work that'd need done, particularly in the defence/midfield. I can't see any of the players currently loaned out returning. Sulemana probably get added to the loaned out list. Half of the job in this league is the best utilisation of your 5 loans, it seems. Regardless, just wasted 10 minutes of work time because we'll be winning the play-offs anyway.
  13. It's bafflingly bad, never seen anything quite like it The biggest worry is that SR, a data-driven business, are obviously seeing these numbers but choosing to ignore them in order to try and maintain some value of the asset they've clearly failed with I agree with Whitey's comment above btw, the most baffling thing about it was that he held the ball for 30 seconds before eventually lumping it long? Were we happy with the draw or not? Did us no favours regardless
