The Angel Gabriel's Achievements

  1. I remember commenting during the W Ham away fixture that he is on the periphery of the match and doesn't contribute enough. Since then I believe his influence has grown the extent that he is a deffo starter. I think this has been assisted by moving to a more central role. If we are to become a 50% home grown club, we are going to have to allow young players to develop within the first team. That may well cost us points. The big money clubs don't take that risk. I like our model more.
  2. Someones misread that contract clause. Says he must put in 15 mins effort when he plays.
  3. The way the club conducts it's transfer business is awesome. As far as possible things are done in private and wrapped up quickly. Saints sign a promising young keeper and cut out some dead wood at the same time. Fantastic. So if you hear a encouraging rumour, don't spread it, you may contribute to scuppering the deal !!!
  4. Seen elsewhere. Killers tune What's that comin over the hill, Is it the Taxman, is it the Taxman. Repeat till exhausted.
  5. Just letting the good people know. No need for you to complicate matters.
  6. Warning: The Market Porter don't like anyone wearing footy colours. Refused entry on that basis after the last M'Wall match.
  7. He's surely a luxury player. Good job we can afford a bit of luxury in the team. I much prefer him up front where his skills will often lead to goals and his lack of workrate doesn't show up as much.
  8. In line with reports in the national press. It's big club syndrome. Every week in the prem, win or lose, we were "lowly" or "struggling" Saints.
  9. I'd say very highly placed in the "Best motivator" category. Other contenders would be Hoddle, Lawrie Mac and Wee Gordon Strachan Let's have a vote?
  10. Absolutely. He played one short pass in 2nd half and gave the ball away. Must iron out these errors before we consider permy status
  11. Or ........ I have a brother. He had a terrible accident. Many thought he wouldn't survive and abandoned him. I stuck with him; he's my brother after all and irreplaceable. Then a Swiss doctor came into our lives with a cure. With the right management my brother will make a full recovery. I'm so proud and grateful. Brings a lump to your throat innit
  12. This. This squad will have been redeveloped several times over before we'll be FA Cup contenders. Nice that's the intention though.
  13. We will need a replacement winger if Alex goes. Punch isn't a winger. Looked so much better in the middle. Maybe the reason for the loan was Punch rocking the boat by complaining about being played on the wing. He was right.
  14. Made a big difference with some good crosses. Unfortunately we can't expect a long run in the side as with his track record he could pick up an injury during the warm up !! I'd like Puch to start in the middle with Hammond giving way. When we saw him palying for MK Wimbledon in that role he gave our defence all sorts of problems.
  15. My prediction league shows us, Charlton and Huddersfield all on 78 points, with Charlton missing out. It's easy!
